We have learned from experience that cultural activities have an extremely positive influence on students’ intellectual involvement in the acquisition of a foreign language. It is for this reason that we recommend taking part in everything that the city has to offer

Organized trips or activities are offered 1 to 4 times per week. The school organizes both small trips in Sucre (museums, markets, etc), and trips to places outside of the city (Potosí, Tarabucu, Tarija, Oruro). The trips out of town cost $10 - $25 per person. Depending on how many students go along, this usually includes bus, meal, guide etc. Moreover, a student can opt to bring a friend to participate at the same price. The excursions within Sucre and small activities at the school are organized by the school (small lectures, tourist information, parties, cooking classes, card games, Spanish videos, etc.). You may need to pay "out-of-pocket" expenses for bus fare, entrance fees, dancing lessons, etc.
